 NYSFFA 5th District Members/Family members can join by:

Ø     You can only join by dialing 1-800-611-9833

Ø     Pricing: $52.00 per month for passport privilege (all 144 clubs)

Ø     There is a one-time $59.00 processing fee for all members.

Ø     The corporate rate is ongoing; there is no time limit to join. 

Ø     Please let one of the fitness advisors know that you are a Member of the 5th

     District of the NYSPFFA (New York State Professional Firefighters Assoc.)

Ø     Program offered to spouses, life partners and children over the age of 18.

     Employee id is required for validation purposes. (Valid id required)

Ø     TSI will convert any existing NYSPFFA. employee to the corporate rate

     provided they are not currently contractually obligated with TSI already.

Ø     Family members are not eligible to convert.

Ø     This rate can only be accessed by calling the dedicated toll free number,

     see above.

Ø     You will need to sign the membership agreement and provide a copy of

     your ID.

Ø     Each membership comes with a complimentary session with a personal

     trainer.
